- Castmaster currently operates with an annual capacity of 2,800 tonnes of finished rolls.
- The Foundry has the capability to produce castings ranging from 100 kg to 20,000 kg.
- Castings can be Treated in one of 4 heat treatment furnaces
- These are completed in our Machining facility to produce rolls and sleeves ranging from 10 kg to 13,000 kg.
- Castmaster is compliant with ISO 9001: 2000.

| Castmaster manufactures cast iron and cast steel rolls and sleeves, ranging from 170mm (6in) to 1100mm (43in) in diameter and up to 44,000 lbs.
Roll materials produced include:
- Spheroidal Graphite Irons, with Pearlitic, Bainitic (acicular) and Ferritic structures.
- Alloy Indefinite Chill cast iron
- High Chromium Cast Irons and Steels.
